AI Business Kickstarter Offer – Terms & Conditions

1. Offer Overview

This limited-time offer (“Offer”) provides eligible businesses with free access to our AI Business Kickstarter Program, including one business task automation at no cost. The Offer is subject to availability and limited to the first five (5) companies that successfully sign up by filling out the offer form on our Website and meet the eligibility criteria outlined below.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for this Offer, businesses must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be a legally registered business entity in the United States.

  • Must operate in an industry where AI-driven automation is applicable.

  • Must not be an existing client of RelAI Technology or have previously participated in this program.

  • Must complete the sign-up process and provide all required information before the Offer expires.

3. Offer Limitations & Conditions

  • The Offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis for the first five (5) eligible companies. Once the spots are filled, no additional free services will be granted under this Offer.

  • The included business task automation is limited to one (1) predefined task automation, which will be determined based on the business’s needs and feasibility within our standard scope of services.

  • The maximum time allocated for this Offer is twenty (20) man-hours per company. Any additional work beyond this limit may be subject to standard service fees.

  • Any additional AI automation, customizations, or extended consulting services beyond the free Offer will be billed at our standard rates.

  • The Offer cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash or any other compensation.

4. Service Scope & Implementation

  • The free automation task will be designed and implemented by RelAI Technology based on an initial consultation with the client.

  • The scope of the automation will be mutually agreed upon before implementation and must align with the capabilities of our AI solutions.

  • The automation will be delivered within a reasonable timeframe, subject to scheduling availability.

  • Any additional modifications or ongoing support beyond the initial setup may be subject to additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights

  • All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to software, scripts, automation workflows, and configurations created under this Offer, will remain the exclusive property of RelAI Technology.

  • RelAI Technology retains the right to reuse, modify, distribute, and implement the automation solutions developed through this Offer for other clients or internal purposes.

  • Participating companies will receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the automation within their business.

6. Expiration & Program Duration

  • This Offer is valid until 04/15/2025 or until the maximum of five (5) companies have successfully enrolled, whichever comes first.

  • The free automation must be initiated within 30 days of acceptance into the program, or the Offer may be forfeited.

7. Marketing & Promotional Use

  • By participating in this Offer, the company agrees that RelAI Technology may use their business name, logo, testimonials, and non-sensitive details about the AI automation project in marketing and promotional materials.

  • The company may request in writing to exclude specific details from being shared publicly.

8. Disclaimer & Liability Limitations

  • RelAI Technology makes no guarantees regarding the specific business impact, profitability, or operational success of the AI automation provided under this Offer.

  • The Offer is provided "as-is," without any warranties, express or implied. RelAI Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in this Offer.

  • Participants agree to provide relevant business data required for implementation and acknowledge that failure to provide necessary information may impact the effectiveness of the AI automation.

9. Modifications & Termination

  • RelAI Technology reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate this Offer at any time without prior notice.

  • Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued participation in the Offer constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
